Our client is seeking an experienced Concrete Superintendent to support regional data center projects throughout Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana. This position will lead field operations across vertical and horizontal concrete scopes while coordinating crews, subcontractors, schedules, materials, and site logistics. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, adaptable leader who enjoys teaching, developing field talent, and introducing new ways of thinking to drive successful project execution.

responsibilities:
- Lead field operations supporting regional data center projects throughout Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.
- Supervise and coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and Field Leads while driving daily project execution.
- Manage project schedules, material procurement, concrete ordering, and field logistics throughout construction.
- Oversee self-perform vertical and horizontal concrete work, including slab-on-grade, tilt-wall, flatwork, generator yards, foundations, and structural concrete scopes.
- Partner with Operations Managers, project teams, and clients to resolve field issues and deliver projects successfully from mobilization through closeout.
Requirements - 3+ years of field leadership experience leading crews on commercial or industrial concrete projects; data center experience is preferred.
- Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, oversee self-perform concrete work, and independently drive field operations.
- Communication skills and adaptable. Someone who embraces new ways of thinking while teaching, mentoring, and developing field talent.
