We are currently seeking a Technology Strategy Consultant to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts (US-MA), United States (US).

Role Profile

We are seeking an experienced strategist supporting technology fluency (i.e., “strategy-first, tech-aware”). Candidates should be capable of leading complex workstreams, framing ambiguous problems, and delivering executive-ready recommendations.

Experience Profile (Onsite Position)

• 7–12+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, business architecture, or transformation
• Experience working closely with cross-functional engineering, architecture, and business teams
• Proven experience leading multi-month, cross-functional engagements
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder alignment skills
• Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguity and drive decisions using data
• Experience in workforce management platforms is needed.
• Experience with contact center strategy, operations, or transformation decisioning is a strong plus

Preferred geographic experience : Massachussetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Dallas

Candidates must be within reasonable commuting distance of or able to relocate to Boston, Massachussetts, Merrimack, New Hampshire, or Smithfield, Rhode Island.

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role will depend on the location of the successful candidate. 

For candidates in Boston,MA, the starting pay range is $117,000-$160,000. For candidates in Merrimack, NH, Dallas TX or Smithfield, RI, the starting pay range is $106,000-$142,000. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. 

This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. 

This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered. Company benefits may include medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
