Salary: $112,200 - 185,150 per year Requirements:

• We require a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical, or Aeronautical disciplines, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or an equivalent non-U.S. qualification directly related to the role
• For Level 3, we require 5+ years of related work experience plus a bachelors degree, or an equivalent combination of related experience and technical education
• For Level 4, we require 9+ years of related work experience plus a bachelors degree, or an equivalent combination of related experience and technical education
• We require an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance, with U.S. citizenship required; a clearance active within the past 24 months is considered active
• We do not sponsor applicants for employment visa status
• We require candidates to satisfy our Conflict of Interest assessment process

• We work with customers to develop and document complex electronic and electrical system requirements
• We manage and track supplier performance to support system integration and ensure compliance with requirements
• We research emerging technologies for potential application to our business needs
• We apply model-based systems engineering (MBSE) across hardware and software efforts
• We analyze data generated from hardware and software integration, testing, and validation/verification activities
• We evaluate supplier-developed models and integrate supplier tools into our program analysis tool chains
• We prototype, evaluate, integrate, analyze, and test hardware and software in a lab environment

We are Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) and we are seeking a Tactical RF Sensors Analyst (Mid-Level or Senior) to join our team in Berkeley, MO, supporting a proprietary Air Dominance Fixed Wing program. In this role, you will help develop a complex RF sensor subsystem, enhance existing architectures with new capabilities, and help architect new systems. You will join a cross-functional, agile team working on next-generation open-architecture model-based designs and collaborating across multiple disciplines. The position involves frequent interaction with program leadership, customers, and industry partners during critical design phases, and it offers opportunities to grow your engineering skills and potentially move into a leadership role.
