Salary: $126,650 - 217,350 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree or an equivalent credential.
• We require an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance and the ability to obtain Top Secret and Special Program Access.
• We require at least 3 years of experience with C++, Python, and C#.
• We require at least 3 years of Linux development experience.
• We require at least 3 years of experience using Git or a comparable version control tool.
• We require at least 3 years of experience in software architecture development and open architectures.
• We require at least 3 years of experience with network architectures and software applications that communicate over TCP/UDP-based networks.
• We prefer 5 or more years of related experience, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
• For the experienced level, we prefer a BS in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science plus 5+ years of related experience; or a bachelors degree plus 9+ years of directly related experience; or 13+ years of relevant experience.
• For the senior level, we prefer a BS in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science plus 9+ years of related experience; or a bachelors degree plus 13+ years of directly related experience; or 17+ years of relevant experience.
• We prefer an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• We value knowledge of host environments, including processors, operating systems, and networks.
• We value the ability to build, integrate, and troubleshoot software components.
• We value knowledge of software architecture and design methods.
• We value the ability to synthesize software architectures and designs that satisfy requirements, characteristics, and constraints.
• We value knowledge of software development processes aligned with internal and industry standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• We value familiarity with software development and testing tools such as compilers, linkers, debuggers, data analysis tools, GUI builders, post-processing tools, requirements management tools, and web authoring tools.
• We value understanding of domains, constraints, and products that shape software architecture, interfaces, design, and integration and test approaches.
• We value knowledge of implementation, validation, and verification practices that support software quality, performance, and safety.

• We design, develop, test, and maintain embedded software across the full lifecycle in line with industry, customer, safety, and regulatory standards.
• We review, analyze, and translate customer needs into early software designs.
• We define interface specifications.
• We perform unit testing and integration testing.
• We take part in peer reviews.
• We support software system integration and test activities.
• We create and maintain software documentation.
