Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager to support CRM and marketing technology initiatives, with a strong focus on Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects. The ideal candidate will have client-facing experience, strong project ownership, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams while partnering with technical and functional teams.

• Lead Agile/Scrum delivery for Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud initiatives.
• Own project scope, schedule, budget, milestones, risks, and dependencies .
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, project meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder communications.
• Work closely with clients, Product Owners, technical teams, and functional teams to manage expectations and delivery.
• Build strong client relationships and provide clear communication regarding project status, risks, issues, and recommendations.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and ensure timely delivery of project commitments.
• Support CRM implementations and ongoing client engagement/account management activities.
• Track project tasks, issues, and deliverables using Jira, Azure DevOps , or similar tools.
• Identify obstacles and drive solutions in collaboration with technical and business teams.
• Ensure project documentation, reporting, and governance activities are maintained.

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM or Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects .
• Proven project management experience with ownership of scope, schedule, and budget.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience leading CRM implementations , preferably Salesforce.
• Understanding of CRM, marketing automation, and call center environments.
• Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps , or similar project/task management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

• Experience in healthcare or life sciences or other regulated/complex delivery environments.
• Ability to work closely with technical and functional teams beyond basic project coordination.
• Experience with ongoing client engagement and account management models.
