Our client is looking for an Salesforce Software Developer for a project and below is the detailed requirement.

Job Title: Salesforce Software Developer

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Contract & Full Time

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Development and Configuration.
• Strong experience developing custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Aura Components, and SOQL.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware solutions.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Model, Security Model, Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, Sharing Rules, and Field-Level Security.
• Experience working with Salesforce Metadata API, Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git, and version control systems.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar DevOps tools.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments with strong collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web development concepts.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud implementations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Governor Limits, application performance optimization, and best development practices.
• Experience developing and executing unit tests using Salesforce testing frameworks.
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Microsoft Copilot.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Aura Components, and SOQL.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party platforms.
• Configure and customize Salesforce applications while ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices and governance standards.
• Implement Salesforce security models, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, Sharing Rules, and Field-Level Security.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and resolve application performance issues while ensuring compliance with Salesforce governor limits.
• Develop, execute, and maintain unit tests to ensure high-quality, reliable, and maintainable code.
• Participate in code reviews, release planning, version control, and CI/CD deployment processes using Git, SFDX, and DevOps tools.
