**What You'll Be Doing**

As a Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist, you'll work directly with homeowners who have already expressed interest in selling their properties.

Your responsibilities include:

* Speaking with motivated homeowners to understand their goals and situation
* Building trust and creating a positive customer experience
* Negotiating offers and guiding sellers toward signed purchase agreements
* Managing your pipeline and completing consistent follow-up through our CRM
* Keeping detailed and accurate notes after every interaction
* Collaborating with internal teams to help ensure a smooth acquisition process
* Consistently working toward individual and team performance goals

Qualifications

* Minimum of **1 year of experience in sales or real estate**
* **Previous closing experience is required**
* Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
* Strong objection-handling and relationship-building abilities
* Comfortable working in a phone-based sales environment
* Experience using CRM platforms
* Self-motivated, organized, and coachable
* Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace

**Compensation & Benefits**

* **$1,250 USD monthly base salary** (paid biweekly)
* Tiered commission structure (1%–5% based on monthly closed contracts)
