I'm partnering with an award-winning, Best Place to Work firm that has been shaping transportation infrastructure for over 50 years . They're looking to add a Project Engineer - Transportation to their growing team in the Aurora area and Western Suburbs of Chicago .
This is an ideal role for an engineer who wants real project exposure, mentorship from senior leaders, and a clear path forward -not just task work.

What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering .
EIT obtained or on track to secure it.
Entry level to 5 years of transportation engineering experience.
Exposure to IDOT Phase I / Phase II design and MFT requirements (preferred).
Experience with MicroStation ; traffic modeling software (HCS, Synchro) is a plus.
Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.

Compensation: $71,000 - $85,000 base salary , with performance-based bonus potential.
