Your Typical Day:
As a Pick/Pack Associate, you are the final touchpoint before a customer receives their order. You will:
Pick: Use system-generated tickets to find and pull premium products.
Pack: Securely package orders following Cole Haan's quality standards.
Label: Ensure every box is accurately tagged for its final destination.
Collaborate: Assist in different areas of the warehouse to keep operations moving smoothly.
What You Bring to the Table:
Reliability: You're dependable, hard-working, and ready to jump in.
Physical Stamina: Comfortable standing for an 8-hour shift and repetitively lifting up to 35 lbs.
Attention to Detail: You take pride in ensuring every order is packed perfectly.
