Location: Remote - preferred: Canada, US, UK, EU, or SwitzerlandYou will be a force multiplier for Molecule's Chief Legal Officer. This is a broad-based legal operations role inside a venture-backed startup working across biotech IP, decentralized finance, and blockchain-based scientific funding - spanning Switzerland, the EU, the US, and Canada simultaneously.
You won't just process documents. You will design and run AI-powered legal workflows end-to-end: draft contracts using LLMs, build Human-in-the-Loop review protocols, maintain prompt libraries and SOPs, and continuously raise the bar on what a single paralegal can ship. The AI tools are not a shortcut - they're your operating system, and you own the quality of everything that comes out of them.
