NOW HIRING – AUTONOMOUS VEHICLE OPERATORS (August/September Start)

Pay & Schedule

• $25.00 per hour
• Monday–Friday
  • 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  • 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
• 30-minute lunch

⚠️ MUST HAVE (NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS)

• 4+ years of driving as a CORE part of your job
  (Daily/high-frequency driving such as delivery driver, CDL, field technician, etc.)
• Real-world driving experience under pressure
  (Routes, deadlines, safety expectations, time constraints, etc.)
• Clean driving record for the past 36 months
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License (minimum 3+ years)
• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM

RIDESHARE DRIVERS (SPECIAL CONSIDERATION)

Rideshare-only experience will be considered ONLY IF you meet ALL of the following :

• 6+ years of consistent driving experience
• Driving is/was your primary source of income
• Full-time, high-volume weekly driving is clearly demonstrated

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate autonomous vehicles in real-world conditions
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Monitor vehicle systems and provide real-time feedback
• Accurately document performance data and observations
• Remain alert, focused, and distraction-free at all times

✅ Additional Requirements

• No DUIs or drug/alcohol-related offenses within the past 5 years
• Strong situational awareness and quick decision-making ability
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Comfortable driving in various traffic and weather conditions
• Reliable, professional, and accountable

⭐ Preferred (Not Required)

• Prior AV (Autonomous Vehicle) experience
• Defensive driving certification
• Technical or mechanical background
