Job Description
Job Summary (List Format):
- Serve as a Tier 3 System Administrator II for the Enterprise Endpoint Management Operations team in a hybrid work environment.
- Provide advanced support for enterprise endpoint security tools, including SCCM/MECM, Intune, Antivirus solutions, Tanium, and AGPM.
- Manage and support infrastructure configuration and remote endpoint management for both managed and non-managed devices (desktops, laptops, mobile, and communication devices).
- Deliver support services to DIT campus buildings and optimized agencies across the state.
- Perform project management tasks and lead implementation efforts to completion.
- Document processes and procedures, ensuring clear communication and comprehensive records.
- Utilize expertise with Intel/AMD-based computing equipment, Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2016, and Active Directory.
- Administer Microsoft Intune, M365, Office 2016, Visio, Project, and SharePoint environments.
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN issues and provide network support.
- Support and maintain an enterprise MECM/SCCM environment, including patch management, software distribution, inventory, and PowerShell scripting.
- Maintain and secure endpoints with solutions such as Crowdstrike, Bitlocker, Defender, and Ivanti Admin.
- Demonstrate strong documentation and communication skills.
- Collaborate with internal staff and contractors to manage project timelines, resources, and personnel.
- Required to have minimum 2 years' experience in Tier 3 support, Intune administration, Power BI, SharePoint, and Windows 11.
- Adhere to all compliance, disclosure, and approval requirements as outlined by management and contract terms.
