eCarMover is Hiring: Experienced Vehicle Logistics Dispatcher (100% Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled, remote Vehicle Logistics Dispatcher to manage high-volume, bulk automotive shipments across the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Bulk Freight : Coordinate multi-car carrier loads, fleet liquidations, and dealership dealer trades.
• Route Optimization : Plan cost-effective, timely routes for multi-vehicle transports nationwide.
• Carrier Network Management : Source, vet, and negotiate rates with reliable auto transport carriers.
• Active Tracking : Monitor transit milestones and proactively resolve transit delays or carrier issues.
• Compliance : Ensure all shipments meet DOT regulations and FMCSA safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Work Environment : Ability to work independently from a dedicated home office.
• Industry Experience : Minimum 2–3 years of specialized vehicle logistics dispatching experience.
• Bulk Transport Expertise : Proven track record of managing multi-car loads and large-scale bulk moves.
• Carrier Relations : Existing network of reliable open and enclosed auto transport carriers.
• Tech-Savvy : Proficiency with modern Transport Management Systems (TMS) and load boards (e.g., Central Dispatch).
• Communication : Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills under tight deadlines.
