At Explore & Develop Lilyfield, we’re looking for a passionate educator to join our close-knit team and help create learning experiences that genuinely make a difference in children’s lives.

Located on Norton Street, our boutique-sized centre offers something a little different. We embrace a slow pedagogy approach, valuing relationships, intentional teaching, and creating space for children to learn at their own pace. We believe in nurturing children’s hands, hearts, and minds—and supporting our educators to do the same.

About you:

You are someone who:

• Is Certificate III or Diploma qualified in Early Childhood Education.
• Has a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a trained educator within an early childhood service.
• Is passionate about children’s learning, development, and wellbeing.
• Enjoys collaborating with others and contributing to a strong team culture.
• Values reflective practice and is eager to continue growing professionally.
• Communicates confidently and professionally with children, families, and colleagues.
• Brings warmth, creativity, and enthusiasm to their work every day.

Essential Requirements

• ACECQA-approved Early Childhood qualification.
• Current NSW Working With Children Check.
• Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
• Sound understanding of the NQF, EYLF, National Law and National Regulations.
• Complete a Prohibition Declaration as part of the recruitment process.
• Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or holder of valid Australian work rights.
