Manage and organize important documents, such as Batch Record, Logbooks and Forms. Manage all laboratory documentation in QMS systems and register all records, making them accessible to the Quality Control Laboratories when requested. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High school diploma or equivalent. WORKING CONDITIONS Able to move objects such as lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling (25-60 pounds). Willing to work irregular hours, rotative shifts, weekends and holidays when necessary. Ability to operate pallet jacks. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Proficiency using computer, software, as related to assigned functions to perform data entry. Ability to read procedures and documents in English/Spanish Text (e.g. SOPs, etc.)' Ability to organize and preserve paper documents. Any other duties and tasks assigned. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Experience working with many types of files. Ensure all technical documents are updated and stored in the correct file location. Attention to detail.
