Position Overview The Junior Account Representative supports day-to-day customer and account activities while helping maintain accurate information and consistent communication. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone interested in developing skills in customer relations, account support, and business operations. Key Responsibilities * Assist with customer account inquiries and requests * Maintain accurate customer and account information * Communicate with customers regarding appointments, services, and follow-up items * Follow up with customers to help resolve outstanding questions * Coordinate information between customers and internal team members * Maintain organized records and documentation * Provide professional customer support throughout the account process Minimum requirements: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Organized and dependable work style * Comfortable using computers and standard office software * Ability to maintain accurate records * Strong attention to detail * Customer service or administrative experience is a plus * Previous account experience is not required
