Job Title: Full-Time Janitorial Positions
Location: Phenix City, Alabama

Position Summary:
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as full-time janitorial staff in Shorter, Alabama.

Job Responsibilities:

Sweeping, vacuuming, and dusting
Cleaning blinds, desks, counters, and other surfaces
Emptying trash receptacles
Performing other general cleaning tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

Valid ID and Social Security card
Reliable transportation
Availability to work at various locations
Prior cleaning experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
Physical ability to lift 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
Must pass a background check

Compensation:

Starting pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour (based on job assignment, experience, and location)
Expected hours: At least 35 hours per week

Work Schedule:

8-hour shifts available (day, evening, night, and overnight)
Year-round work
