- Position: Recruiter (Temp-to-Perm)
- Location: Altamonte Springs, FL (Hybrid Schedule)
- Schedule: 3 days in-office (Mon/Wed/Thu), 2 days remote (Tue/Fri)
- Pay Rate: $30.00 – $40.00 / hour (commensurate with experience)
- Experience Required: 1+ years in recruitment or HR (2+ years corporate or agency preferred; healthcare experience is a plus!)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years of equivalent relevant experience
- Perks: Full equipment provided for home/office, mileage reimbursement for quarterly visits, and strong potential for permanent hire!
About the Role
As a Recruiter, you won't just be filling seats—you'll serve as a trusted strategic partner to hiring managers. You will guide the full talent acquisition lifecycle, from crafting creative candidate sourcing strategies to extending offers and welcoming new team members through onboarding

Responsibilities
- Build Relationships: Partner with leadership to forecast staffing needs, review growth plans, and understand team dynamics.
- Source & Screen: Engage top talent using modern recruitment tools, AI technology, and structured behavioral interviewing techniques.
- Manage Offers: Draft competitive offer packages, navigate candidate inquiries, and highlight generous organizational benefits.
- Guide Onboarding: Seamlessly transition candidates into their new roles while keeping systems (ATS/CRM) up to date.
- Connect with the Community: Take occasional quarterly trips to assigned facilities to build strong relationships with regional teams.
