Our success relies on a passionate, service-driven multicultural team of 160 individuals from 17 nationalities, working across offices in the USA, Germany, India, Costa Rica, South Africa, and Kenya.

We are looking for a Freelance Graphic Designer to join our team. Reporting to the Creative Director , you'll create visually compelling content that elevates our luxury travel brands and inspires audiences around the world. You'll blend strong design expertise with emerging AI technologies to deliver creative work across multiple channels, helping us scale high-quality content while maintaining a premium brand experience.

What you'll do:

• Create engaging visual assets for digital, social media, web, email, and marketing campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Own the end-to-end video production process, from footage selection through editing, sound design, animation, and final delivery.
• Shape compelling visual stories through pacing, motion, and design that align with brand and campaign goals.
• Produce multiple versions of content to support testing, optimization, and channel-specific requirements.
• Transform creative briefs into high-impact designs that support business goals and deliver a premium customer experience.
• Use AI-powered creative tools to accelerate production, explore new ideas, and enhance the quality and consistency of creative output.
• Develop effective prompts and workflows to generate, refine, and scale creative assets across multiple formats.
• Partner closely with marketing, content, and commercial teams to deliver integrated campaigns that drive engagement and business impact.
• Champion brand consistency across all touchpoints while maintaining a sophisticated and visually compelling aesthetic.
• Stay informed on emerging trends in design, AI, digital marketing, and creative technology, introducing new ideas that improve results.

What you'll bring:

• A strong portfolio that demonstrates exceptional visual storytelling, creative thinking, and design execution.
• Professional experience creating digital and marketing assets across multiple channels.
• Excellent visual judgment and the ability to design for premium or aspirational brands.
• Strong video editing, motion graphics, and content creation capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or comparable design platforms.
• Experience using AI-powered creative tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Artlist, Pencil Pro, or similar technologies.
• Strong prompt development skills and the ability to effectively guide AI-generated creative outputs.
• Clear and effective English communication skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for experimenting with new creative approaches.
• Experience with luxury, travel, lifestyle, hospitality, or premium consumer brands is an asset.
• Photography, art direction, or other complementary creative disciplines are an advantage.
