This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-based role with uncapped earnings.
- Part-time producers: $2,000–$6,000+/month
- Full-time experienced producers: $150,000–$400,000+/year
- Top leaders with teams: $750,000+/year
- Residual renewals stack on top of new production year after year
Results vary based on effort, activity, and existing book or network. Income is not guaranteed.

**REQUIREMENTS**
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
- Active life license, inactive life license you’re willing to reactivate, **or** current work as a financial advisor, P&C professional, or real estate agent with willingness to obtain a life license (we contribute $100 toward the course)
- U.S. residency and work authorization — no visa sponsorship
- 18+ and able to pass a background check
- Professional, client-first communication
