4 Open PositionsResponsibilities of the Family Engagement Specialist include recruiting and enrolling eligible children and families from varied backgrounds. The successful candidate will provide educational and support services for children and families in a home setting. A Family Engagement Specialist supports family engagement in children's development and supports families across various demographics in the goal setting process and in accessing resources.
RequirementsAn associate's degree in human or related field or a combination of education and experience may be considered. The ideal candidate will be professional, caring, and compassionate, who understands childhood development and has a passion for working with children and their families.
The ideal candidate must have a valid driver’s license, meeting agency standards per position and consistent, reliable transportation that will allow regular travel in and around the service area.
