Entry Level - Sales Representative - VA

Location: In-person  Fairfax, VA

Salary: $45,000 ‒ $150,000 per year (Base + Uncapped Commission) 

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Occasional Saturdays

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for motivated, people-oriented individuals who are ready to take on a fast-paced, high-reward role in sales. You don’t need experience we’ll give you the tools and training to succeed. What we care about is your attitude, energy, and drive to improve.

What You’ll Do

• Represent Presidential Exteriors in the community as a trusted brand ambassador
• Introduce homeowners to eco-friendly, high-quality home improvement solutions
• Meet and exceed personal and team sales goals
• Learn advanced communication and negotiation techniques through hands-on coaching
• Participate in weekly training camps and leadership development
• Grow into leadership and mentorship roles as you master your craft
