Job Description
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support the team with a project to Convert old physical records (microfilm and microfiche containing beneficiary data) into digital files. This will be an onsite position, located in Washington, DC and the contract will last 3-6 months. If this sounds like a fit for you, please apply here.

Responsibilities
- Convert old physical records (microfilm and microfiche containing beneficiary data) into digital files.
- Inventory & Record Audit: Inspect physical sheets of microfilm and microfiche containers to identify record types and unique file numbers.
- Metadata Logging & Data Entry: Accurately log file types, unique identifiers, and tracking details into digital Chain of Custody forms hosted on the client’s secure platform using client-issued laptops.
- Chain of Custody Maintenance: Ensure strict tracking protocols are met before records are released to the vendor.
- Process Compliance: Follow standardized inventory, documentation, and record-tracking procedures set by the supervisor.
- Quality Assurance & Data Privacy: Maintain complete accuracy and handle sensitive beneficiary data with discretion and security.
