We are hiring for our Creative Design and Research Co-op/Intern program for the Summer 2027 session, covering May through August. This is a general description for multiple openings across various departments, and we offer both single- and multi-semester co-ops and internships. Our positions are based in Torrance, California, about 30 minutes south of Downtown Los Angeles. We provide housing support through shared housing at a cost or a housing stipend depending on location, access to our Business Resource Groups, informal and formal performance feedback, assigned departmental mentorship, on-site wellness centers at select locations, paid overtime at 1.5 times the hourly rate, and consideration for full-time employment through our internship pipeline. The hourly wage range is $26.58 to $34.38, with pay influenced by factors such as location, experience, and education.
