Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for proven experience in a phone-based sales role.
• We need strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• We value a self-motivated, results-focused mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in financial services or the commercial card industry is required.
• You should be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• We expect proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
• Preferred: experience in Payments, financial services, or the commercial card industry.
• Preferred: working knowledge of Microsoft products such as Excel and Outlook.
• Preferred: working knowledge of Salesforce.

• We conduct outbound sales calls to our clients suppliers to introduce and promote our commercial card solutions.
• We build and sustain strong supplier relationships to ensure a positive experience and continued engagement.
• We identify supplier needs and tailor our solutions accordingly.
• We partner with internal teams to support smooth onboarding and integration into the commercial card programme.
• We track and report on sales activity and results, sharing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• We stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings to position our solutions effectively.
• We work to achieve and exceed sales targets and performance measures.
