Requirements The line cook will prepare dishes according to the chef’s specifications. The line cook must ensure consistency in the portioning and preparation of all food, and maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen according to health department and OSHA standards. We’re looking for an energetic, self-motivated and reliable individual with at least 2 years of experience working in a high volume kitchen. A culinary degree is preferred.
