Sr. Analyst, Workforce Analytics - Remote

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Workforce Analytics Analyst to support data-driven workforce and business decisions within a large healthcare organization. This role will partner with HR, Finance, Technology, and business leaders to analyze workforce data, develop reporting solutions, identify trends, and translate complex findings into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with excellent communication and the ability to present data-driven insights to A C level executives .

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with HR, Finance, Technology, and business leaders to identify workforce challenges and analytics needs.
• Lead complex workforce analyses using statistical models, forecasting, and advanced analytics .
• Own workforce reporting and analytics solutions from requirements gathering through development, validation, and delivery.
• Develop and maintain HCM reports and dashboards .
• Translate analytical findings into clear, compelling presentations and recommendations for senior leaders.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and quality across workforce analytics solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting systems and analytics capabilities.
• Collaborate with Technology and other stakeholders on data and reporting initiatives.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior analysts.
• Stay current with workforce analytics and data science best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business, or a related technical/quantitative field .
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on HCM reporting/dashboard development experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel and SQL proficiency.
• Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau .
• Ability to apply statistical models and forecasting techniques.
• Strong communication and data storytelling skills.
• Comfortable presenting insights to senior and executive-level stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex data into meaningful business recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Workforce or People Analytics experience.
• Familiarity with HR/HCM data structures .
• Oracle HCM experience.
• Experience working with HR, Finance, and Technology stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring analysts or providing technical guidance.
