Responsibilities
Position Summary: Provide administrative and data entry support for sales and account management teams, managing market data entry, collateral distribution, and customer documentation.
Key Responsibilities: - Enter competitive pricing and market data into internal databases accurately.
- Prepare Welcome/Enrollment packets and group administrative kits.
- Process translation requests, order promotional inventory, and manage sales benefit summary requests.
- Utilize MS Office Suite and CRM software to manage daily administrative workflows.
Requirements: - High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of professional office experience (experience in health insurance or employee benefits preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel); Salesforce knowledge is a major plus.
