Scrum Master
Role Description:Duties: The Scrum Master ensures Scrum is understood and enacted. The Scrum Master Coaches the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionality; Facilitates Scrum teams in their regular meetings (daily stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint reviews and sprint planning sessions); Shields the Development Team from interruptions during the sprint and removing obstacles whenever these occur; Supports the Product Owner in effective Product Backlog management as well as understanding and practicing agility; Supports employees and stakeholders understand and enact Scrum and empirical product development.Technical Currency : the breadth of technical knowledge across various technology programs/packages.Comprehensive understanding of several technologiesIT Role Experience : The number of working experience in the role.Up to 9 yrsSupervision : Level of Control and Responsibility Regular ProjectsRoutine : Repetitiveness of work packages ImproveCommunication: The ability to communicate and work effectively with clients.Team resultsSkills: +5 years of experience in similar roles.Coaching teams toward self-organization and continuous improvement Removing impediments and avoiding scope creep Experience from IT project management is beneficial Supporting Product Owners with backlog & capacity Managing scope/change within sprints to keep focus Team health checks and delivery follow-up Experience with DevOps/engineering teams and modern software delivery practices. You have a strong understanding of how product and business objectives can be translated into technical solutions.You have experience working in large IT organizations and navigating complex IT and business processes.You have a solid understanding of modern software development.
